Introduction

Our parent company was founded in 1997 as Kevin & Thorn Plc. for the purpose of managing properties of the Bohemian Group of Companies (Bohemian Foundation and Trust) – Colorado, U.S., and other private equity funds as well as venture capital investors. The company name was changed in 1998 to Indotek Investments Plc.

We have carried out our property business activities mainly on the Hungarian market, in principal in Budapest, however our portfolio includes an ever growing country-side real estate business. Our investments are aimed at acquiring and utilizing commercial properties, such as offices and storages or warehouses, but we also take part in the development of residential houses and other properties.

At present INDOTEK Group is in major Hungarian ownership, and deals with property investment, development and asset management, under the aegis of which some 150 project companies are functioning, that are strategically supervised and managed by the INDOTEK Investments Plc.

In-Management Ltd deals with the facility management of our own and foreign properties. Some class A, mostly class B office buildings, warehouses, industrial areas, commercial properties or sites for built-to-suit solutions forming the portfolio. Our company is market leader in this field, the number of own properties exceeds 50 with a total GLA of approx. 600,000 sqm.

In-Construction Ltd performs all preparation works related to our two enormous mixed-use developments planned start in 2011/2012, furthermore it is specialized in technical control, construction management and engineering tasks. We also carry out property developments on contract base for our clients.

We have an own internal maintenance company, AMD Services Ltd, to carry out general and technical maintenance tasks related to the properties, completing the professional team providing full operational and project management. This division also holds a significant number of external clients.
