The majority of our portfolio contains real estates leased to Class A long term tenants, primarily Class B buildings with optimal location in respect of logistical or infrastructural aspects, and valuable lands purchased for the purpose of further real estate development. When acquiring a real estate, our primary goals are the expected profitability of the real estate, its location within a given region, furthermore the required value increase thereof.

Our strategy is to deal with each real estate as a separate project and to operate them in individual project companies. The sole company object of these project companies is directed at the construction or purchase, operating, renovation and leasing of real estates. Today some 150 registered companies are working under our direct or indirect control. Indotek Investment Plc. possesses the project companies as a holding the total asset value of which amounts to nearly 120 million EUR. Our business group has about 130 employees.

To maintain our group’s dynamic growth in the forthcoming years we intend to focus our efforts on the extension of our business to large rural towns as well as to the neighbouring East-European markets. Our aim is to become an active player of the Central and East-European real estate sector by purchasing profitable real estates, mainly office buildings and warehouses, as well as through the implementation of Greenfield investments.
